Please contact us as soon as possible if you require a refund.
Everything which is not made to measure can be returned for a refund. When we receive the item back we will inspect the product and make sure it is in new condition. Upon processing your refund we send you email confirmation and funds usually take up to 7 business days to reach your account. Please note you are responsible for the return postage and it is non refundable.
Responsibility for incorrectly measured blinds lies entirely with the customer and no refunds can be made where measuring mistakes or incorrectly inputted sizes have been entered.
A free sample service is available so we cannot be held responsible if the colour of the blind / material does not match the electronic image.
